  • Cut-off time: Orders are prepared and packed daily with a cut-off at 12:00 noon.
  • Order preparation time: Packing and shipment preparation are completed within 1–2 business days after payment is completed.
  • Transit time:
    • Bangkok and metropolitan area: Takes 2–3 business days
    • Other provinces: Takes 3–5 business days
  • Parcel tracking: Customers can track shipment status by providing the Order Number, full name, phone number, and email used for the order via LINE Official Our team will check and notify you of the parcel status as soon as possible.
  • Shipping limitations: The brand currently provides shipping within Thailand only.
